Why donate to Good Space?
Good Space loves to host events for the community, but that means Good Space is spending a lot of money “free” events including marketing, staffing, cleaning, etc. If you can help us make up some of those costs, we are happy to support the other portion.
We are starting a bit behind. Opening into COVID has meant over a year of rent, operating at limited capacity for safety, and growing significant debt because we wanted to serve the community.
Good Space will be the Goleta and Santa Barbara area’s business, technical, scientific, and academic meeting center. To enhance the community we plan to hold many great free evening lectures and general events.
A donation helps Good Space stay in local hands, community focused, and offering more and more great events. We can sell to a big national chain that doesn’t care about the community, but we don’t want to.
