Come meet other amazing local women like you.
Driven by the desire to support women in our community, Women Supporting Women, is a social evening event and an opportunity for some fantastic local organizations to talk about their work. Come, enjoy a glass of wine, meet other fantastic women in the community, and find out about inspiring local organizations supporting women.
The event on August 25th 6pm included wine, cheese and other delights (available both indoors and outdoors). At 7pm our Special Attendees spoke about their organizations, their goals, upcoming events, and how to get involved.
Our special attendees include:
· Association for Women in Communications (Santa Barbara Chapter) – Speakers Chapter Presidents Lisa Osborn and Monica Kunz
· National Association of Women Business Owners (Santa Barbara Chapter) – Speaker Chapter President Shannon Miller
· Santa Barbara Women in STEM – Speaker President Zoe Hinck
· Women’s Economic Ventures (WEV) – Speaker President Kathy Odell
This was a free event. Donations to cover food and beverages were highly appreciated.
